Do you think your child, grandchild, niece or nephew is THE cutest baby? Now is your chance to prove it! Enter your child in the Repository's Cutest Baby Contest, then log on and vote between January 15 and January 29th! The baby with the most votes wins $250 and a photography package from Jill Singer Photography!

Submitting:
We will accept professional photos, but if requested, a copyright release form from the photographer must be provided.
Photo can be in natural color or black and white. Sepia and duotones will not be accepted.

Once an entry is received, it may take up to two business days to appear online
The Baby in the Photo must be under the age of twenty-four (24) months as of January 31, 2015.
A maximum of five (5) Photos of the same Baby will be accepted during the Submission Period.
All Babies must be wearing a minimum of a full coverage diaper in the photo.
Once the voting phase begins, a unique voter may vote up to 10 times a day.
Votes may be cast online or in person at The Repository, The Independent or The Times-Reporter during normal business hours. Voting slips will be provided.
The Photo must be of the baby only. No other persons should appear in the photo.

You can vote up to 10 times per day.
Voting totals will be displayed until the last 48 hours of the voting period. Voting totals will then be closed to allow for all votes to be audited according to Cutest Baby Contest Official Rules.
Photo submissions accepted: December 31 at 12am- January 14 at 11:59pm
Voting dates: January 15 at 12 am- January 29 at 11:59pm
Winner announced between January 30-February 7
