About the Smithville Inn
The smithville in was founded in 1818 as a stagecoach stop, and has been serving amazing food in it's restaurant since 1924. Home of Inn Maid Noodles, you can still feel the history as you sit down to eat in the dinning room surrounded by antiques.The atmophere is a good reason to visit, nothing like a history lesson come to life. The menu is what matters to most people and you will not be dissapointed with the homemade food servde in generous portions at the Smithville Inn.

So I was blown away by the mouth-watering fare at Smithville Inn in Amish country. Famous for pioneering the Inn Maid brand of egg noodles at the restaurant that has been in operation since 1924, my meal was flat out wonderful. "It was the history of the place that I love most about it and when I finally got a chance to eat lunch there, it was most delightful experience for me and my husband. The table setting, menu selection and prices were very tasteful on a budget. The staff was very friendly and attentive throughout our meal and the home made pie offered for desert was delicious! We will be back..."
